Role Description

As a Membership and Community Development Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting volunteers, developing membership strategies, and promoting the company's Leadership Experience. You will also represent the company in the community, raise awareness on issues, and assist in fundraising efforts. This role involves seasonal fluctuations, travel for meetings, and collaboration with team members. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • At least two years of experience in customer service role

  • Exceptional organizational skills 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize work
